The security of the application

- Card management

- Access to the mobile application must first be authorized in the BCN-Netbanking interface

- Login using a personal password or a tactile fingerprint sensor

- Only payments to known recipients are immediately made. Otherwise, payment validation is required in the BCN-Netbanking interface.

- Disconnection when exiting the application or from standby or locking the smartphone or tablet

The use of the BCN Mobile banking service, in particular due to the download, installation and / or use of the BCN Mobile banking App and therefore of its reference points with third parties (e.g. 'online applications, network operators, equipment manufacturers) involves risks, in particular: (1) disclosure of the banking relationship as well as banking information to third parties (e.g. in the event of loss of the device or because of the recording of information concerning the download or use of the BCN Mobile banking App by Google and, possibly, the access of foreign authorities to this information), the banking secrecy being able to this cannot be guaranteed, which you accept when using the BCN Mobile banking service.
